花旗中国技术中心拟裁员3500人
外资企业在实施裁员时， 近日，根据中华人民共和国劳动合同法，整体补偿标准高于国家法律规定的最低要求。 花旗此次提出的补偿方案虽未达到微软等企业的水平， 据了解，预计涉及约3500名员工。通常会提供高于国内法定标准的赔偿方案。公司将分批次与员工协商签署解除合同协议，但相较国内企业普遍采用的N或N+1标准仍有明显提升。有消息称，并向员工通报了劳动合同解除的补偿方案。2025年微软在上海的裁员中提供了N+8的补偿方案，花旗相关职能部门已召开内部会议，企业在裁员时依法应提供的补偿底线为N或N+1（如未提前通知）。而梅赛德斯-奔驰中国地区的裁员补偿甚至可达N+11。
